Tiffany Paugh AKA "Auntie Fanny"
Owner/Lead Caregiver
Aloha! My Name is Tiffany Paugh and I am the owner of Auntie Fanny’s Play School. My family and I have recently moved from Hawaii to Pennsylvania this past year and we are all loving it! I have decided to open up a daycare, or rather play school as I like to think of it, in my home so that I can share my passion of learning through play and experience. The past 13 years of raising my kids has taught me so much about the young mind and what they need to grow and develop into healthy, independent, and kind humans. Beside the experience of being a mother I also have an undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education, a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family services, a certificate in Family Studies, and a culinary arts degree. I am pediatric CPR and First Aid certified. I also have teaching and coordinator experience through the KOKUA HAWAI'I FOUNDATION that was founded by Jack Johnson and his wife where I taught nutrition, gardening and composting.
I believe in focusing on the whole child, listening to understand, and learning through play. I understand the importance of routines, modeling good manners and behavior, positive social interaction, appropriate discipline, a healthy diet, choice-based playtime, and rest time.

Aloha! I am Uncle Paugie and affectionately known as the hired help (yes I work for free). I love children and support Auntie Fannys vision of raising children in a loving and nurturing environment. While I am not the primary care giver I will always be able to back up Auntie Fanny when she needs a helping hand. I have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego and a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership from Marshall University. I have spent the past 21 years serving in the Marine Corps and am currently assigned to the Carnegie Mellon University NROTC as the Executive Officer. I am pediatric CPR and First Aid certified.
